Wedgemount Lake is a popular hiking destination located in Whistler, Canada. The trail is about 7.5 km long and is considered a moderate to difficult hike, with a total elevation gain of approximately 1,100 meters. The trailhead is located off of Wedgemount Creek Road, about 14 km north of Whistler Village.

There is no admission fee to access the trail, but visitors are required to obtain a backcountry camping permit if they plan on camping overnight at the lake. The cost for the permit is $10 CAD per person per night and can be obtained through BC Parks' website.

The best time to hike to Wedgemount Lake is between June and September, when the trail is typically free of snow and ice. Hikers should allow for a full day to complete the hike, and should bring plenty of food, water, and appropriate hiking gear.
